Frequently asked questions

Is your Japanese catering halal?

Our central kitchen is strictly No Pork, No Lard. We are not halal-certified, but we cater extensively to mixed-dietary corporate and private events.

What is the minimum order for catering?

Minimums vary by package — bento sets typically start from 10 pax and buffets from 30 pax. Tell us your headcount and we’ll recommend the best fit.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend 3–5 business days for most events. For large or bespoke menus, please give us a week where possible.

Do you deliver across Singapore?

Yes — we deliver islandwide, including the CBD, Marina Bay and the wider Singapore area, with setup on request.
