Our story
Fine-dining roots, catering at scale
Sushijiro began at the omakase counter — a Japanese restaurant built on precise knife work, air-flown seafood and an obsession with seasonality. That same discipline now travels. Our central kitchen and Japanese culinary team prepare every order fresh and deliver it across the island, from a 10-person boardroom lunch to a 300-guest buffet.
We kept what mattered from the restaurant — quality, presentation and consistency — and rebuilt everything else around catering: portioning that travels well, packaging that holds, and timing that lands your food fresh and on schedule.
